Quietly outstanding - done not so quietly: recruitment press advertising

The brief:

We were asked to create an advertising campaign to raise awareness of Travers Smith in the notoriously competitive legal marketplace. They have a discreet approach to marketing and this was preventing them from recruiting the high calibre candidates they need.

Our solution:

We targeted newly qualified lawyers working in large ‘magic circle’ law firms who often fail to feel or gain recognition to get recognised. Our approach challenged the typically-used navy blue of the legal sector. The strapline “Having trouble getting noticed?” was confronted head on with vibrant full-coloured ads.
